Understanding yourself changes how you approach everything.

Over 15 years in high performance environments, I’ve developed a skill set grounded in self awareness, discipline, and intentional decision making. Learning to understand how I think and operate has shaped how I navigate challenges, pursue opportunities, and enter professional spaces where I’m often the youngest person in the room.

But what works for me won’t necessarily work for you. That’s why my approach isn’t about teaching you to follow my formula. It’s about helping you understand yourself, discover what works for you, and develop the skills to keep growing on your own.

WHAT SHAPED MY APPROACH

  1. 01Competitive AthleteAs a former Hong Kong team representative and NCAA Division 1 athlete at Columbia, I’ve spent over 15 years in environments where performance is constantly measured, evaluated, and refined.
  2. 02Over a Decade of Studying My Own ThinkingI’ve kept training logs since seventh grade, documenting not just my performance, but how I think, feel, and respond. This practice developed my ability to recognize patterns, question assumptions, and understand what drives my decisions.
  3. 03Youngest in the RoomI’ve applied these skills to opportunities outside athletics, navigating major career decisions and stepping into professional environments where I’ve often been the youngest person in the room.

Take the step you’ve been second guessing.
